We understand that life can be unpredictable. Once we have started working on an order, it is difficult to cancel. Please email us at bonjour@beurredeplaisir.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Once we have received your payment, we will send you the pick-up location and details on how to collect your order. Pickup location is in Santa Clara, CA.

Once we receive your order, we will send you an invoice for payment. You can pay online using your debit or credit card.

Please note that we are not an allergy-free bakery. Beurre de Plaisir pastries are produced in a kitchen that processes dairy, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and eggs. For more information, please refer to our allergens/ingredients page.
