Our founder, Flavy, brings a unique background of creativity and technical expertise to Beurre de Plaisir. As a UX Designer by profession, Flavy's journey into the world of baking began at one of Paris's most prestigious pastry schools, Ferrandi. There, she learned the fundamentals of professional techniques and mastered the most iconic recipes of French Gastronomy—a decision she considers one of the best of her life.

Flavy's passion for pastries has taken her across Europe, from the charming streets of Stockholm, Amsterdam, Brussels, South of France and the culinary capital, Paris. These travels have enriched her experience and inspired her creativity, allowing her to make handmade pastries that are not only delicious but also imaginative.
