Madeleines
Our classic French Madeleines are buttery and moist cakes with a hint of golden crispness, and made with pure vanilla bean paste.
The Madeleine’s origins are as charming as its flavor. Legend has it that these petite cakes were created in the 18th century by a French cook named Madeleine Paulmier in the region of Lorraine. She crafted them for Stanislaus I, the exiled Duke of Lorraine, who fell in love with their delicate texture and exquisite taste. Soon, they became a favorite of Marie Antoinette and a symbol of French culinary artistry.
Our Madeleines are made with premium ingredients, including pure vanilla bean paste for an authentic, rich flavor and a touch of nostalgia. Each Madeleine is baked to perfection, with a soft, spongy center and a lightly crisp edge – just as they should be.
Perfect for pairing with tea or coffee, these little cakes are ideal for gifting, entertaining, or simply treating yourself to a moment of pure joy.
